Blow-ins are to be brick stacked on a pallet, with cardboard or tie-sheets between the layers.
Clearly mark cartons on all four sides with count per carton, total per skid, total number of pieces, keycode and Cabela's catalog code/date.
All inserts must be accompanied by a detailed Packing Slip and a Bill of Lading.
Mailer is responsible for $100 cancellation fee on all cancelled orders. Orders cancelled within 90 days of mail date will incur full charges.
Owner and William-Neil Associates make no warranties, representations or guarantees regarding insertion dates or quantities. Owner cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery of inserts and is not liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to loss of income or loss of profits rising out of or relating to this insertion order.
This program does not allow first right of refusal.
Any and all overage that is received for this program will be inserted than it is the responsibility of the mailer to make sure overage is not shipped. By placing an order into this program it is assumed the mailer has read the terms and conditions and is therefore in agreement with them.
